Fill out the inquiry form, or book a consultation call. We will listen to your ideas, gather details about your event, consider your budget, and give you a custom quote that best suits your wedding or event.

We will contact you within 48 hours.

Booking + Planning

We require a $250 deposit to get booked in. Then, WanderBar gets to work planning the fine details of your event. We keep you in the loop, send you recommendations and ideas, and order any extras we might need.

Final Details.

We schedule a call a few weeks before the event to iron out final details so everything goes seamlessly on the day of your wedding or event! We prepare everything on our end so you can relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the event.
